Experienced in price modeling for retail, industrial, and wholesale customers. Extensive knowledge in storage asset optimization, hedging, and valuation. Experienced in following forward gas market trends using technical analysis to manage positions within risk policy limits.

Joey Bissinnar is a seasoned energy professional with over 15 years of experience in natural gas operations, credit, and financial leadership. As an Energy Originator at Radiate Energy, he focuses on delivering flexible, cost-effective natural gas solutions to large industrial customers, municipalities, and power generators across the Southeast. Previously, Joey served as Director of Middle Office at Gas South, where he led integration efforts post-acquisition of Infinite Energy, managing $60M+ in monthly settlements and improving billing, reconciliation, and credit risk processes. He holds an MBA from the University of South Carolina Aiken and a Finance degree from the University of Florida. Known for his analytical approach and customer-first mindset, Joey helps clients optimize their natural gas supply and manage market risk.
